    Change in Moodle Sign-In procedures

    Starting August 5, Moodle sign-in procedures will be updated to enhance security. You will now need to sign in using your Concordia email address and utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

    • Student email address: firstname.lastname@live.concordia.ca
    • Faculty and Staff email address: firstname.lastname@concordia.ca

    Moodle has been upgraded!

    This upgrade offers a new look and feel, including easier navigation using a course index, an interactive timeline and built-in calendar to see your upcoming due dates, as well as improved accessibility. Learn about the key features of Moodle 4.1 under Help for Students.

    Student ID Card

    You will need your Concordia ID to ride the campus shuttle, access the library, get a student-rate OPUS card, and more! Get yours in the LB atrium and at Loyola Landing. Full schedule and details.

    Locker rentals

    Rent a locker for the winter term and save! Tired of hauling your books, coat, or gym gear on campus. You can choose by campus, building, and floor! New spots on the 4th floor of the Hall Building!

    Your booklist is ready!

    Get your booklist for the winter term. Simply enter your 8-digits Concordia ID and look for the different options available: new, rental, digital or use.

    DPrint for students

    Use DPrint to print, copy and scan. With over 40 self-serve printing on campus, DPrint is your on-campus solution to print.

    Moodle has been upgraded!

    The IITS Moodle team has successfully upgraded Moodle to the new 4.1 version. Learn more about the new 4.1 version, including how to get training and support, under Help for instructors in Moodle and on the Moodle 4.1 upgrade page on Carrefour.

    Fall course material

    Submit your course material orders through the Follett Discover Adoption tool or send your orders with details to textbooks@concordia.ca (course/section, Title, ISBN, Edition, Required, if available, is digital accepted). The target date for the fall term is July 2

    Make your coursepack submission with the Concordia Print Services by the target date of July 20 for the fall term. Contact us at coursepacks@concordia.ca.

    Course visibility

    Please note that the summer courses are hidden from students by default. Teachers will need to make their courses visible at the start of the term.

    To make a course visible: 

    1. On the course homepage, select the Settings tab.
    2. In the General settings, go to the Course visibility drop-down menu and select Show.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the course page and select Save changes.
