Moodle is getting an upgrade!
Moodle, the university’s online learning environment, will be upgraded from version 3.9 to 4.1 during the holiday break in December 2023. Moodle will be unavailable from December 26, 2023 at midnight until December 29 at midnight during the upgrade and testing period. Beginning in January 2024, all courses will be taught using the new 4.1 version.
DPrint for students

Moodle is getting an upgrade!
Moodle, the university’s online learning environment, will be upgraded from version 3.9 to 4.1 during the winter break in December 2023. Moodle will be unavailable from December 26, 2023 at midnight until December 29 at midnight during the upgrade and testing period.
Beginning in January 2024, all courses will be taught using the new 4.1 version. All content from 3.9 and the early version of 4.1 will be available to instructors in the new upgraded Moodle 4.1 after the upgrade.

Course visibility
Please note that the fall courses are hidden from students by default. Teachers will need to make their courses visible at the start of the term.
To make a course visible:
- On the course homepage, select the Actions menu (gear icon), and then select Edit settings.
- In the General settings, go to the Course visibility drop-down menu and select Show.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the course page and select Save changes.
Winter term course material deadline
Submit your course material orders through the Follett Discover Adoption tool or send your order with details to textbooks@concordia.ca (course/section, Title, ISBN, Edition, required, if available, is digital accepted). The target date for the winter term is October 16. Please get them in as soon as possible.
Make your coursepack submission with the Concordia Print Services by the target date of October 27 for the winter term.
