November 29: Moodle Maintenance
Moodle will be temporarily offline on Friday, November 29, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. for system maintenance.
During this time all access will be unavailable.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613.
Change in Moodle Sign-In procedures
Starting August 5, Moodle sign-in procedures will be updated to enhance security. You will now need to sign in using your Concordia email address and utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Student email address: netname@live.concordia.ca
- Faculty and Staff email address: firstname.lastname@concordia.ca

Use DPrint to print, copy and scan. Easy to use, add funds to your account, upload your files with webprint.concordia.ca and release your job at one of the 40 DPrint devices on campus.
Your booklist is ready!
Get your booklist for the fall term. Simply enter your 8-digits Concordia ID and look for the different options available: new, rental, digital or use.
Announcements for faculty
Fall course material
Submit your course material orders through the Follett Discover Adoption tool or send your orders with details to textbooks@concordia.ca (course/section, Title, ISBN, Edition, Required, if available, is digital accepted). The target date for the fall term is July 2.
Make your coursepack submission with the Concordia Print Services by the target date of July 20 for the fall term. Contact us at coursepacks@concordia.ca.
Course visibility
Please note that the fall courses are hidden from students by default. Teachers will need to make their courses visible at the start of the term.
To make a course visible:
- On the course homepage, select the Settings tab.
- In the General settings, go to the Course visibility drop-down menu and select Show.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the course page and select Save changes.
