The course is concerned with the use of the Eath's natural resources and with the economic, institutional, and ecological factors that affect, condition and control the use of these resources. It examines various approaches to analyzing, evaluating and resolving resource issues and conflicts. These approaches are applied to Canadian forestry, fisheries, water, energy, and mineral resources
