An intermediate course in the theory and practice of Film Animation emphasizing the creative possibilities of the medium and the development of ideas. Focus is on artistic expression, exploration, methodology, articulation and representation of ideas in the cinematographic practice. During the production of short exercises, students study film planning strategies and various frame-by-frame filmmaking techniques.
