CEHR 1150/1 (Winter 2024): INTRO TO HUMAN RESOURCES

Human Resources Essentials is a non-credit course focusing on the effects of human resources policies, programs, and actions on the organizations in which we work. The ONLINE course examines the organization’s competitiveness, employee performance, and relationship to the larger community. Topics include traditional applications of HRM as well current challenges and controversial issues that will be faced in the workplace. The course is framed from the viewpoint of the new professional, supervisor, and owner-manager of small business.
