CommUNITY Support Agent Onboarding

This is the onboarding course designed for new Support Agents joining the CommUNITY Support Centre. It is a supplementary course to the ESS and MSS eLearning trainings accessible to all Concordia employees who use UNITY. It covers six training modules:
